Patrick Shih
President and CEO

As CEO, Patrick is responsible for the coordination and management of corporate matters. He founded AssetPlus Taiwan Ltd in late 2010 as the professional Real Estate service provider to provide full scope RE services to cross-strait clients.

Mr. Patrick leads AssetPlus as it successfully distinguishes itself in its creative approach and drive to provide solutions for its clients.

Prior to joining AssetPlus, Patrick was a Director and Vice President in CB Richard Ellis and SAVILLS and in-charge of Facilities Management and Asset Services.

Patrick holds a Master of Science degree from New York University.

Kevin Chen
Site Manager

Mr. Kevin joined AssetPlus in mid of 2011.

He is responsible for construction and project management department which provides interior decroration, fit-out works, renovation, architectual design, permitings, IDP and IDOP permittings. Prior to joining AssetPlus, he hold more than 15-year interior decroration and site supervise experiences specializing in office, retail and high-end residential projects.

He holds a B.A. from Tamkang University where he also attended the Masters of Project Management program at NTUT (as of National Taipei University of Technology).

Parliament Sun
Senior Manager of Administration and Services supportive

Mr Parliament is senior manager and is responsibile for Human Resources and Administration as well as provide necessary supportive to our onsite operations.

He has more than 15 years of experience of administration, facilities management, property management as well. His clientele included companies, large and small, public and private; in the fields of construction, real estate, retailing, high technology, manufacturing, wholesaling, professional services, and finance. Prior to joining AssetPlus, Mr. Sun was a senior manager in CB Richard Ellis for ten years and was involved with CLSA and Citicorp Property Investor for the Asia Plaza/NeiHu, having worked on various MNC clients such like AT&T, ALCATEL, AVAYA, Citibank, Duetche Bank, INTEL, NOKIA/SIEMENS for thier facilities management projects.

In addition, he is full equipped with China experience, was General Manager of Rong Hui ChengTu properties and Assistant Vice President of the LienXiang Cleaning Services Company, Beijing.

He is a graduate of the National Taipei University and hold a BBA degree.

Joyce Ou
Senior Manager of Facilities Management and Asset Services

Joyce is in charge of Sales and Operations of the Facilities Management Department.

Before she joined us, she was senior manager at CB Richard Ellis (from 2001 to 2009) and Jone Lang LeSalle (from 2011 to 2015). Her clients are widely ranged from Fortune 500 IT and Financial institutions such as NORTEL, JP Morgan, YAHOO and Standard Chartered Bank.

Thus, she had extensive background and experience in stakeholder management, and her maturity in dealing with delicate issues.
