AssetPlus was the Real Estate consultant for Industrial Development Bereau/MOEA and completed the final report of "Redevelopment of Industry park island-widely" project.

We awarded by Top Team Team International Patent & Trademark Limited for its location and provided 3-1 total solutions which covers Interior Decroration Project Management, office sales and move management. Honorly, we successfully sold it within a month.

A sole agency represented by the owner for the residentail sales for a luxury townhouse at Hongshulin, Taipei County.
Starting from December 2011
We awarded TopTeam for its cleaning services after we successfully helped the client to move its office to NKSP in mid of December 2011.
New Project from January 2012
We'd honorly been selected by the Chunghwa Telecom (as of CHT) for its Cleaning, Maintenance and Landscape services at Yangmingshan Satillate Park. The services also cover its 50-room clubhouse and MOD subhub.

To enable to provide our valued customers a nice gathering place, we will launch coffee business - the Cafe Corner at the Basement level of Central National Library (Address: 20 Zhongshan South Road, Taipei). Our soft open date is scheduled on 03/January/2012.

Completed test commissioning and handover for Workforce Development Agency.
From May, 2013 to December 2013
Awarded as the Facilities Management consulting services by China Steel Company for its headquarter tower built in May 2014 during the commissioning, handover and operation stage.
We also selected by CSC as a sole agency of leasing service for its property in Nankang software park (eighth floor of Block E).
From October 2013 to January 2014
Completed project management of interior decroration works (reinstatement at Taipei 101 and relocation to Hongtai Exchange Square) for talents / Zapper.
Starting from February 2014
We liasied with the Wayne Realty and Property Management, L.L.C. (a US west coast based) as the agency and property management partner for those cross-strait clients to invest properties in US (majorly in Los Angles, San Francico, Las Vegas and New York). In additions, we successfully awarded by two Beijing and 16 Taiwan clients to acquire residentials in LA area in earlier of March.
Starting from March 2014
Opened our 2nd branch office at Beijing China and launched the housekeeping and maternity matron services.
From May 2014 to August 2014
Provided AbbVie the project management services for its Taipei office renovation works.
From May 2014 to September 2014
Provided Symantec the project management services for its Taipei office relocation works at Taipei 101.
From January 2015
Provided ChinaTrust Life Insurance Company the cleaning services.
January 2016~Present
Awarded SINA Japan for its sole agent of Japanese properties and provided full scope of Asset services for thier cleint that acquire premises both in Japan and in Taiwan.
